Casey's Hiking Page- Story of a Site in Transition

The opportunity to create my own guide to hiking in the Pacific Northwest had been my unfulfilled dream for quite a while when, at the age of eleven, I was presented with the opportunity to create this website. At the time, I thought I would have time to turn it into a comprehensive hiking resource.

These days, what with the fervor of high school and the amount of time that I spend taking pictures, I've had little time to maintain this section of the website, and as a result, I have not added a new hike for almost four years.

I am leaving these pages online for a little while longer at least in case anyone is interested in them, but I strongly recommend that you instead visit my photo gallery, which contains a selection of (much better) pictures from my more current hiking expeditions. I hope that those who love the wilderness as much as I do will find it inspiring.
